Description
Inositol is a vitamin-like substance, carbocyclic sugar, sometimes referred to as vitamin B8. It is found in many plants, animals, and foods such as fruits, beans, etc. This is also produced in the human body by the carbohydrates you eat. Myo-inositol and D-chiro-inositol are the most common forms of inositol.
